This new study with the name  “Neo-adjuvant versus Adjuvant chemotherapy in Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma: A feasibility phase II randomized clinical trial (“URANUS”)” is an exploratory randomized study. Patients who have been diagnosed with cancer in the upper urinary tract and  meet the inclusion criteria, will be treated by receiving 3 cycles of neo-adjuvant or 3 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy.
